Getting Started with Presence

There are several ways to access the Overweb.

Installing Canopi Enterprise

To install the Canopi Enterprise SDK, you need access to the web server where you site is hosted and three lines of custom SDK code that you can get from your Presence contact.

To generate the custom SDK code, your contact will need your web domain and the urls of the pages for which you want Canopis.

To install the SDK, simply add the custom SDK within the HEAD or BOTTOM tags of your website or at a minimum on all the pages you want a Camopi.

Once installed, reload the page and a bouncing icon should be appear in the lower right corner.

Entering Presence

If Canopi Enterprise SDK has been installed, there will be a bouncing icon in the lower right corner.

To enter the Canopi, click the bouncing icon.

Click the Get Started button

You have several options for logging into the Canopi.

• Sign in with a Presence account by proving the registered email and password

• Click the Google button to sign in with your Google Account.

• Click the "Create Account" button, and then enter your First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Password, and Confirm Password and then click the "Get Started" button.
